Program and message types

These terms cover consent to text messages from Ham Heritage Properties. Booking and stay texts include booking reminders and information about your stay. Promotional texts, when separately selected, include special offers and availability updates.

Your optional choices

Choose the message categories you want by checking the corresponding box on a guest inquiry or Contact Us form and providing your mobile number. Both choices start unchecked. You can choose either, both, or neither. Consent is not a condition of booking or purchase, and you can send an inquiry without choosing texts.

The form records the choices you submit. It does not confirm text-message enrollment or that a text has been scheduled or sent.

Providing a phone number, booking a stay, sending an inquiry, or joining the email newsletter does not by itself sign you up for promotional texts. Choosing booking and stay updates does not sign you up for promotional texts.

Frequency and charges

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Your wireless carrier can explain the messaging and data charges under your plan.

Stopping text messages

Reply STOP to a text from Ham Heritage Properties to opt out. You can also contact us at properties@hamheritage.com or 575-224-2557 for assistance with your text-message preferences.

Your privacy

We do not sell or share your mobile information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text-message opt-in data and consent records are shared only with service providers that help operate our text-message programs, as needed to collect and honor your choices, deliver messages on our behalf, and support those services, or as required by law.
