It started with one family's house.
Ham Heritage Properties is a family-owned, full-service boutique property management company. We want every property we work with to feel like a home away from home for our guests.
We got started by self-managing our own multi-generational home, owned by our family, just minutes from Angel Fire Resort. Our founder, Krystina, a mom of four, realized she had a knack for this and saw a chance to turn it into something meaningful.
Already licensed in real estate, she decided to invest and manage her own brokerage so she could offer other homeowners the same boutique experience her family had enjoyed.
Though we've grown to manage more homes, we still make sure every guest who walks through the door of one of our properties feels like they found their home away from home. We love the chance to steward the properties we partner with, and to create good experiences for owners and guests alike.

We are not a faceless management company. We are a family that fell in love with Angel Fire, and we learned how to host by hosting our own.
That is still how we run it. Every home we take on is one we would put our own kids in.

Krystina is licensed in real estate and manages her own brokerage — so management is handled by a licensed professional, not a hobbyist.

Credentials
Ham Heritage Properties operates under a licensed New Mexico real estate brokerage. Your home is managed by a licensed qualifying broker, not a hobbyist.
Krystina has been a licensed real estate agent since 2022. In 2025 she earned her Qualifying Broker license, issued by the State of New Mexico Board of Real Estate Commission, and operates her own brokerage as Ham Heritage Properties.
