Can I still use my own house?
Yes. You block your own dates any time through the owner portal, and those blocks sync across every platform instantly.
Who handles the taxes?
We do. All taxes are collected and remitted on your behalf, and it's all itemized on your monthly statement.
What if something breaks?
Our local cleaning team inspects after every stay and our home care partner does weekly inspections. We coordinate the repair and keep you posted.
Do I need to furnish and stock it?
We give you a recommended stocking list and optional styling and decor suggestions, then bring in professional photographers once it's ready.
