We do. All taxes are collected and remitted on your behalf, and it's all itemized on your monthly statement.
What if something breaks?
Our local cleaning team inspects after every stay and our home care partner does weekly inspections. We coordinate the repair and keep you posted.
Do I need to furnish and stock it?
We give you a recommended stocking list and optional styling and decor suggestions, then bring in professional photographers once it's ready.
Is Ham Heritage a licensed property management company?
Yes. We operate under a licensed New Mexico real estate brokerage, so a licensed qualifying broker manages your home. The license number is on our licensing page.
