Ham Heritage Properties is a family owned, full-service boutique property management company.

We have set out to steward the beautiful properties that we get to partner with and to help facilitate a home away from home for our guests.

What started out as a multi-generational home owned by our family, led to Krystina, a stay at home mom to four to develop an interest in self-management. Being licensed in real estate, she then upgraded to manage her own brokerage to be able to offer other home owners a boutique feel to property management. It is a delight to work with the variety of families and couples that have chosen to partner with us.
