About Snowmass Lodge

Snowmass Lodge covers 4,000 sq ft, with two living areas plus a loft, so a big group has room to spread out. The main living room gathers around a wood-burning fireplace and a large sectional, next to a dining table for eight and three bar stools. Each of the two kitchens is fully stocked, right down to an Instant Pot, organic spices and organic coffee, glass food storage and a Clearly Filtered water filter.

This is a toxin-free, fragrance-free home. Beds are made with organic cotton sheets and duvets, bedrooms have room-darkening shades, and the laundry uses toxin-free detergent, dryer balls and Branch Basics cleaning supplies.

Kids get a true playroom with Magna-Tiles, Lincoln Logs, puzzles, wooden cars, books, chalk and a play kitchen, plus two pack-n-plays, stair gates, high chairs, boosters and kids' dinnerware. Grown-ups can claim the pool table, the games up in the loft or the Roku smart TVs.

The large covered deck seats 15 and comes with a smoker, a propane grill and a dining table. A private hot tub for six sits on the lower deck and stays open year round, the fire pit is ready for s'mores, and the views take in the mountains and the golf course. When snow allows, the green belt beside the house becomes a sledding hill, with sleds and ski racks waiting in the garage.

Check-in is at 4:00 pm — we cannot accommodate early check-ins.
Check-out is at 10:00 am.
Pets are not allowed.
Renters must be a minimum of 25 years of age.
Smoking is not allowed in or around the home.
No events or parties are allowed.
Winter travelers: we recommend 4-wheel drive or snow tires and chains.

Cancellation Policy

If plans change

Travelers who cancel at least 30 days before check-in get back 100% of what they have paid. Cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in and you get back 50%. Inside 14 days there is no refund.
