About RC 350

RC 350, short for R Club 350, is a 1,200 sq ft condo made for families, and it sits right on the resort shuttle path. The pickup point is within walking distance, so a ski day can start with a short stroll to the shuttle.

The main floor holds the shared rooms: a living room with a wood-burning fireplace, the kitchen, a dining table for six, a laundry room with the washer and dryer just off the kitchen, and a full bathroom in the hallway. There are two queen bedrooms, and the second one has its own full bathroom. Upstairs you'll find a bunk room with a twin-over-twin bunk, plus a loft with two more twin beds and a third full bathroom.

The kitchen has a dishwasher, fridge, oven and microwave, along with pots and pans, baking sheets, utensils, bakeware and basic soaps. There is a TV with Roku and cable downstairs in the living room and another up in the loft, there are games for quiet evenings, and the deck has seating for time outside. Detergent, a vacuum, a broom and basic cleaning supplies are on hand too.

Worth knowing before you arrive: the condo is reached by stairs, and you let yourself in through a smart keypad with your own door code.

Renters must be a minimum of 25 years of age.
Smoking is not allowed in or around the home.
No events or parties are allowed.
Winter travelers: we recommend 4-wheel drive or snow tires and chains.

Cancellation Policy

If plans change

Travelers who cancel at least 30 days before check-in get back 100% of what they have paid. Cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in and you get back 50%. Inside 14 days there is no refund.
