RC 350, the condo that sleeps 8
RC 350 splits a group across two floors: two queen bedrooms on the entry floor, and upstairs a twin-over-twin bunk room plus a loft with two more twins. RC 350 has vaulted wood-beam ceilings and a stone fireplace. The Country Club is a 4-minute drive; Monte Verde Lake is about 10.
The photo is one of ours from RC 350, and like every home we manage, it gets a post-stay damage inspection after every stay.
What we did for recent guests at RC 350
When a family staying at RC 350 had a change of plans, Krystina moved their reservation to the next day and sent them clear check-in instructions and local recommendations. In their July 2026 review, they wrote that the condo was well laid out, with plenty of room for everyone. A guest we hosted there who came to ski wrote in a March 2026 review that the shuttle bus stop sat right outside the parking lot, with the resort under a 3-minute drive. Another July 2026 review mentioned the space and how close RC 350 is to the mountain.
Angel Fire Loft, the smaller condo
At Angel Fire Loft, one king is in a ground-floor bedroom and the second king is in an open loft on the second floor, and a living-room couch sleeps one more. Because the upstairs bedroom is an open loft, make sure that works for your group before you book. The kitchen is fully equipped, and there's outdoor seating to go with the fireplace. Its drive times to the Country Club and Monte Verde Lake are the same as from RC 350.

When a cabin or lodge fits better
If your group is bigger than 8, neither condo will hold it. Snowmass Lodge sleeps 16 and is under a mile from the resort, about 4 minutes; it has two stocked kitchens and a hot tub, and the kids get their own playroom. Overlook Oasis is a log cabin that sleeps 17, 8 to 10 minutes from the resort. Five Elks Lodge sleeps 15 and also has a children's playroom.
Neither condo allows pets, so if the dog is coming, look at Cinco C, a forest cabin that sleeps 7 and the only pet-friendly home we manage, with a 2-dog maximum. At Cinco C, Krystina sent our guests clear check-in and check-out instructions along with the house rules, as one wrote in a June 2026 review.
Winter at the condos
Angel Fire Resort's base elevation is 8,600 feet, and the resort tells visitors coming up from lower elevations to give themselves time to adjust to the altitude. Lifts usually open in mid-December and close in late March. The house rules at every one of our homes recommend 4-wheel drive, or snow tires and chains, for anyone coming in winter. At RC 350, that shuttle stop by the parking lot is how our March guest got to the slopes. Our guide notes that Angel Fire is a favorite with families, especially those driving up from Texas and Oklahoma.
April and November are the quiet in-between months; crowds are smaller and booking is easy. The summer season, which includes the bike park and the Sunday Farmers' Market, opens in mid-May.
Booking details that matter
Check-in is at 4:00 pm and we can't do early check-ins; check-out at both condos is 10:00 am. Renters must be at least 25. Smoking isn't allowed in or around the home, and neither are events or parties. The property pages show the neighborhood, and you get the exact address once your stay is confirmed.
On a direct booking through our site, cancel 30 or more days before check-in and you get 100% back. Between 14 and 30 days out you get 50% back; inside 14 days there's no refund. Airbnb and VRBO bookings follow that platform's own policy. Booking direct uses the same calendar and the same team as Airbnb and VRBO, without the platform's fee added to your total.
That post-stay damage inspection is how damage gets caught at each turnover, and if something breaks, we coordinate the repair. A dedicated home care partner also does weekly home care inspections. Our site describes the cleaning team and the home care partner as five minutes away.
