About Overlook Oasis

Overlook Oasis is a 4,000 sq ft family retreat with mountain views that reach all the way to Wheeler Peak. The covered deck wraps around the house and has a propane grill, and the fire pit is the place for roasting s'mores while you take in the scenery.

There are two full kitchens, one on the main floor and one on the ground floor, which makes cooking for a crowd much easier. They are stocked with a crock pot, a blender, a hand mixer, a Nespresso and coffee machine, pie, loaf and muffin pans, and dinnerware sized for kids. The living room has a leather sofa and loveseat with a smart TV, there is seating for eight at the dining table, and four stools line the island.

Children will find Lego, toys, books and a Nugget couch, and parents will appreciate the pack-n-play and baby stair gates. Everyone else can take on the foosball table or settle in at the card table, which has four chairs for games and puzzles.

The king bedroom is on the main floor, a twin-over-full bunk bed is on the ground floor, and the loft adds a twin daybed with a trundle. Parking is generous, with space for six to eight cars, and there is room for an ATV trailer.

Check-in is at 4:00 pm — we cannot accommodate early check-ins.
Check-out is at 10:00 am.
Pets are not allowed.
Renters must be a minimum of 25 years of age.
Smoking is not allowed in or around the home.
No events or parties are allowed.
Winter travelers: we recommend 4-wheel drive or snow tires and chains.

Cancellation Policy

If plans change

Travelers who cancel at least 30 days before check-in get back 100% of what they have paid. Cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in and you get back 50%. Inside 14 days there is no refund.
