Plan your arrival around a 4:00 pm check-in
We check guests in at 4:00 pm. Our property pages show only the neighborhood. We give you the exact address once your stay is confirmed, so use that one in your map app. Our homes have smart keypad entry and a mobile guidebook. One guest wrote in a Google review that we communicated pre-arrival needs and answered questions during the stay quickly. For the trip back, check-out is 10:00 am at most homes and 9:00 am at 3 Bears Cabin and D-Cabin.
How we keep a home ready for your arrival
Between stays, our local cleaning team handles the turnover, the same day where needed, and restocks the home. We list every home on Airbnb, VRBO and our own direct booking platform, and they all feed one shared calendar, so there are no double bookings. A post-stay damage inspection follows every stay, and if something breaks, we coordinate the repair. A repeat guest's Google review said the homes were ready for their arrival.
The short drive after the long one
The minutes from these homes to Angel Fire Resort, as our property pages list them:
- Snowmass Lodge: 4, under 1 mile.
- Cinco C: 4.
- Overlook Oasis: 8 to 10.
- D-Cabin: 9.
- Five Elks Lodge: 10.
- 3 Bears Cabin: 12.
If the dog is riding along, Cinco C is the only pet-friendly home, with a 2 dog maximum. Our two condos, RC 350 and Angel Fire Loft, are on the resort shuttle path. We go through both in our article on the two Angel Fire condos.

What we did for guests at RC 350
We manage RC 350, a condo 0.5 mi from Angel Fire Resort. When the plans of a family we were hosting there changed, Krystina moved the reservation to the next day. She also gave that family clear check-in instructions along with local recommendations. Their review, posted in July 2026, said the condo was well laid out and had plenty of room for the family. We also hosted a guest there who came to ski. That guest's review, from March 2026, said the shuttle stop for the resort sat right outside the parking lot.
Parking and stairs when you pull in
Snowmass Lodge sleeps 16 and has parking for 6 cars. The ground-floor bedrooms have separate access by the back sliding door and a second parking area.
This one is ours too, of Snowmass Lodge, which like our other homes gets a weekly inspection from a dedicated home care partner.
Five Elks Lodge has stairs to reach the main floor and entrance. At Cinco C, the entrance needs a full flight of stairs to a split-level main floor.
When plans change
If you booked directly with us and cancel 30 days or more ahead of check-in, the refund is 100%. From 14 to 30 days ahead it's 50%, and inside 14 days nothing is refunded. A booking made on Airbnb or VRBO follows that platform's policy instead. Booking direct on our site uses the same team as those platforms, without the platform's fee on top of your total.
Other drives while you're in Angel Fire
Taos and Red River are about 45 minutes away from every one of our homes, close enough for a day trip. The quiet months are April and November, with thinner crowds and easy booking. There's more on each season in our season-by-season Angel Fire guide.
