What to bring from home
Krystina Ham, who founded Ham Heritage, says, "My family likes to bring items that we cannot find in town like specialty organic foods that we will need." Some guests who are within driving distance like to bring a cooler of food they may not be able to find in Angel Fire.
A change of plans at RC 350
We manage the RC 350 condo, which sleeps 8 and sits half a mile from Angel Fire Resort on the shuttle path. Its kitchen is stocked, and there's a washer/dryer. When a family we hosted at RC 350 had their plans change, Krystina moved their reservation to the next day. Their Airbnb review from July 2026 says our check-in instructions were clear and our local recommendations good, and that the condo was well laid out and had plenty of space for them.

In this photo of our RC 350 condo, the shot comes from our own listing for the home.
Settling in on the first day
Every listing we build comes with a mobile guidebook for guests. The base of Angel Fire Resort sits at 8,600 feet. According to the resort, people arriving from lower ground may need some time to get used to that altitude.
An organic grocery store in Taos
Taos also has a large organic grocery store with specialty dairy, meats, produce and other items that may not be found in town. Taos is about 45 minutes from each of our homes, within day-trip range. If you're coming in winter, every home's house rules recommend 4-wheel drive, or else snow tires and chains, and we cover the drive itself in our winter driving article.
Two kitchens at Snowmass Lodge
We manage Snowmass Lodge, under a mile from the resort, and it sleeps 16 across 6 bedrooms. It has two stocked kitchens, one on the ground floor and one on the main floor, plus two living rooms. Outside there's a covered deck and a fire pit, and there's parking for 6 cars.
A guest's VRBO review of Snowmass Lodge from March 2026 found the lodge very clean and well kept, and the hot tub ready. They added a small note that guests take the trash out to the dumpster.

That picture is ours, taken from the lodge's listing.
Overlook Oasis, a log cabin we manage, sleeps 17 and comes with two stocked kitchens as well. Its fire pit, wrap-around deck and mountain views sit 8 to 10 minutes from the resort.
Kitchens and grills in our other homes
The kitchen at the Angel Fire Loft condo, which sleeps 5, is fully equipped. D-Cabin, which sleeps 12, has a grill. Cinco C, a forest cabin for up to 7 and our only pet-friendly home, has one too.

This is our photo of a stocked kitchen in one of the Angel Fire vacation homes we manage, not necessarily one named above. Stocked kitchens are one of the guest-first details across our homes. Between stays, the local cleaning team we work with handles restocking. Our about page also describes the home care partner who does weekly inspections. A repeat guest's Google review says the homes are ready for their arrival.
