Check-in is at 4:00 pm — we cannot accommodate early check-ins.
Check-out is at 10:00 am.
Pets are not allowed.
Renters must be a minimum of 25 years of age.
Smoking is not allowed in or around the home.
No events or parties are allowed.
Winter travelers: we recommend 4-wheel drive or snow tires and chains.

Cancellation Policy

If plans change

Travelers who cancel at least 30 days before check-in get back 100% of what they have paid. Cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in and you get back 50%. Inside 14 days there is no refund.
