Each of the two kitchens at Overlook Oasis are equipped with everything a group would need to prepare a gourmet meal from baking sheets,, crock pot, spices and oils, cutlery, plates, food storage, kid’s plates/cups/utensils, wine glasses, pots and pans, measuring cups, grill accessories, mixing bowls, a rolling pin, and even pie pans.

»Check-in is at 4 pm – We cannot accommodate early check-ins at this time.
» Check-out is at 9 am.
» Renters must be a minimum of 25 years of age.

» For your protection and ours, we have a security cameras that monitors the front entryway facing the driveway.
» » We recommend to all guests traveling in the winter to have 4-wheel drive or snow tires/chains.

Availability
Travelers who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they’ve paid. If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they’ll get back 50%. Otherwise, they won’t get a refund.
