Full-Service Property Management
Listing Creation
Creation of your property listing for the booking platform and direct booking site, including market research for setting initial and season pricing rates, and scheduling of professional photography of the property.
Guest Care
Guests receive communication from the time of their booking and then additional information leading up to their trip dates. We send multiple points of communication including a text the day prior to their stay with a link to the property's mobile guidebook. They will also have communication with us during their stay, prior to check-out, and follow up afterwards to create lasting relationships to re-book year after year.
Owner Portal
As an owner you are provided with unique log in details and have access to view your calendar’s availability and bookings. You can block off your own personal blocks from this calendar. By signing up to the Owner portal you will be notified instantly every time you receive a booking.
Owner Reports
Monthly owner reports will be disbursed to show rent totals, property management fee, and the owner's commission.
Local Home Care / Cleaner
We partner with a local home care company that checks on the home weekly, 4x a month, with an in-depth list of items that they are inspecting through the seasons. Our cleaners are meticulous about clean and thorough turnovers between guests. Their seasonal deep cleans are top of the line missing no area of your home. They also help restock items in your owner closet by updating the inventory.
Calendar Management
We maintain an up to date calendar that combines bookings from all platforms onto a joint calendar including any owner blocks made through the portal.

Yes! We partner with a home watch provider who handles all maintenance scheduling, plowing, and checking in on your property frequently for propane, pipes, windows and doors and much more.
Part of the set up fee is getting your sales tax account set up and every month I remit those taxes for you.
We use VRBO, AirBnB, Google Travel, and also direct booking through this website and have seen much success through those avenues.
You have access to book your own property through the owner portal at any time it is not booked. The only fees that you will still pay are for cleaning and hot tub if applicable.
