This home is a split level three story home which gives plenty of space for your group to spread out. The top floor has a Master bedroom with a queen bed and full bath and another bedroom with a queen bed. The main floor contains the living room and kitchen with a wood burning fire place. The bottom floor has another bedroom with a queen bed and full bath, laundry room, and the game room with a sleeper sofa.
There is a sitting deck off of the master bedroom and a large back deck with a grill to enjoy home cooked meals and a fire pit for evening smores or just sitting with your group enjoying the night sky.
*We do recommend having 4-wheel drive in the winter or snow tires/chains as even though our driveway is plowed that will make the roads more manageable in the snow.

-Check in time from 4 pm / Check out by 10 am.
-No parties, or events.
-No smoking on the property.
-Minimum rental age is 25 years old.
-All trash must be removed from property before check out.

Cancellation Policy
Travelers who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they’ve paid. If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they’ll get back 50%. Otherwise, they won’t get a refund.
