The 2 fully-stock kitchens contain everything groups need to make a gourmet meal: organic spices and oils, baking sheets, pots & pans, mixing bowls, glass storage, grill utensils, a toaster, blender, instant pot, water kettle, coffee maker, and children’s plates/cups/utensils. We have clearly filtered water pitchers in both fridges.

»Check-in is at 4 pm – We cannot accommodate early check-ins.
» Check-out is at 9 am.
» Renters must be a minimum of 25 years of age.
» Pets are NOT are allowed.
» Smoking is NOT allowed in or around the home.
» No events or parties are allowed.
» For your protection and ours, we have security cameras that monitor the
exterior entry points: front door, inside garage, back door, and back
side yard of the home.
» » We recommend to all guests traveling in the winter to have 4-wheel drive or snow tires/chains.

Cancellation Policy
Travelers who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they’ve paid. If the reservation is cancelled between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they’ll get back 50%. Otherwise, there will be no refund.
