Ham Heritage Properties is a family owned, full-service boutique property management company.

We want every property we work with to feel like a home away from home for our guests. We got started by self-managing our own multi-generational home owned by our family. Our founder, Krystina, a stay-at-home mom of four, realized she had a knack for this—and saw a chance to turn it into something meaningful. Already licensed in real estate, she decided to invest and manage her own brokerage so that she would be able to offer other home owners the same boutique property management experience that her family had enjoyed. Though we’ve grown to manage many more homes, we still strive to make sure every guest that walks in through the door of one of our properties feels like they found their home away from home. We love having the opportunity to steward the properties we partner with and help create great experiences for both our property owners and guests.
