We are a family run full-service management company for vacation rentals with the belief that personal service goes a long way.
At Ham Heritage we want your guests to feel at home in our properties. We begin communicating with future guests as soon as they request a booking and even after check out. We hope that between your home, the hospitality, and communication that they will return back to Angel Fire and choose to book with us again.
As a property owner, we want you to feel confident that your guests and home are well taken care of while allowing you to simply enjoy your home without worry. We want every step of the process to feel simple yet clear to both you and your guests.
FAQs
Check-in instructions, including the door access code, and the property welcome guide will be sent to your booking email the evening before your scheduled check-in.
Travelers who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount paid. If you cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, we will refund 50%. Otherwise, there will be no refund.
As part of your booking, you are agreeing to a $1500 security deposit. You don’t have to pay it up-front, but your payment information is kept on file, and you may be charged after your stay if there are damages to the property or if house rules are broken based on each property's rules and fees.
Yes, no matter if the driveway is flat or sloped, we recommend that all visitors have four-wheel or all-wheel drive in the winter time in the mountains.
